About this job
This position is responsible for supporting the forecasting and reporting of Lilly’s global taxes, including the tax provision / effective tax rate, tax balance sheet accounts, tax footnote, and other SEC disclosures. This role will contribute to both the quarterly and annual US GAAP reporting processes and to the company’s strategic planning processes. Responsibilities: Prepare calculations for forecasting and reporting processes, including tax journal entries Work broadly across the tax department, gathering and analyzing federal, foreign, and state tax information used in tax reporting processes Business partner with non-tax Lilly departments Implement and maintain tools to modernize processes Research tax accounting and other technical tax areas Ensure proper internal controls and…
