As part of the US Digital Customer Experience organization, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Risk Analyst to join our CX Research & Insights Team. The Operational Risk Analyst will own all aspects of the third-party relationship and is responsible for identifying, managing, and monitoring all third-party risks and compliance within TPM requirements.
