About this job
Training Specialist will be responsible for daily onboarding, software access requests, and ground training. PITO certifications are not required; however, the Training Specialist will be expected to become certified to operate equipment. Manages the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) and KPI (key performance indicators) as defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. Supports business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups.
