An overview of this role At GitLab, People technology never stands still, and this role will be at the center of it. Reporting to the Senior Director, People Technology, you’ll work alongside senior team members and partner closely with People Operations, People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to keep our People systems running at the speed of a fast-moving, innovative tech company. No two days will look the same. One day you’re running recurring processes and answering questions from teams across the organization, the next you’re preparing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit evidence, building reports, writing test cases or delivering quarterly and annual changes and system upgrades.…
