In this position... Analyst, Supply Chain Systems Digital Adoption & User Enablement. This role prepares buyers and suppliers for new supply chain systems and process changes, supports them through go-live, and keeps them learning afterward. It draws on hands-on buyer experience and works across Purchasing, IT, Learning & Development, and Finance. What you'll do Join Ford's Global Supply Chain Systems organization and serve as the bridge between purchasing, IT, and the people who use our systems every day. You will help implement change, ready users for what's coming, and stay alongside current users so they keep learning and getting value from our tools. You will also work directly with suppliers to deliver training and clear communication.…
