Business Analyst

About this job

As a Business Analyst on the ITOM/ITAM team, you’ll work with IT stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze process and data issues, and help move improvements from discovery through implementation and adoption. You’ll coordinate with Platform, Architecture, and other teams, track work and dependencies, and support communications and training. You’ll apply your current knowledge of ServiceNow, CMDB, and IT asset management to the work, while building deeper expertise in CSDM and related capabilities. Depending on experience, you may take increasing ownership of initiatives over time. Strategic work may include CMDB Data Quality initiatives and support for the Event Management MVP rollout; technical implementation and architecture decisions remain with the appropriate partner teams.…
