We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our People Operations team. *Hands-On Workday Experience Required! What You’ll Be Doing The HRIS Analyst will support the administration and continuous improvement of Workday and People Operations workflows. This role will partner closely with the Talent Operations Specialist, HRBPs, Compensation, and other stakeholders to maintain accurate employee data, improve processes, support change adoption, and deliver a responsive internal customer experience. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, Hoboken, or Dallas, with an expectation of working in the office two days per week.
