Transportation Analyst - Traffic Operations

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Transportation Analyst! This role will sit out of our Jersey City, NJ office. The Transportation Analyst will provide support for traffic operation services for the Transportation Management Center (PA-TMC) for the Port Authority New York-New Jersey (PANYNJ) for their respective shift that is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Job Duties Monitor, learn to evaluate, and disseminate information concerning emergency and non-emergency traffic conditions and incidents. Provides information to supervisor in order to assess congestion levels and incident condition severity. Assist with the necessary coordination with other transportation agencies such as, NYCDOT, NYSDOT, MTA, NJDOT, NJ Turnpike, NJ Transit, NJ State Police, TRANSCOM, State and…
