Upstart’s FP&A team plays a critical role in shaping business decisions, ensuring financial discipline as products scale, and driving the Company’s business and financial planning process. This role will explain and forecast performance, identify opportunities and risks, and inform financial decisions for the Unsecured Lending organization. Unsecured Lending is a complex and strategically important part of Upstart’s business with multiple products, financial drivers, and performance dynamics to manage across varying stages of maturity. The organization includes Upstart’s biggest product as well as the newest and fastest growing product that introduces a subscription monetization model.…
