Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. is seeking highly motivated, analytical, and entrepreneurial candidates for its 2027 Investment Banking Analyst Program within the Real Estate Investment Banking Group. Analysts will work side‑by‑side with senior bankers on mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt financings, strategic advisory, and other complex transactions across a broad spectrum of real‑estate sectors, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to institutional investors, REITs, private equity sponsors, and public companies. Support execution of M&A, strategic advisory, and capital‑markets transactions for real‑estate clients. Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, NAV, merger, and LBO analyses.…
