Role Summary The Sr. Compensation Analyst supports the administration and ongoing management of the Company's executive compensation programs while contributing to a broad range of compensation initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include compensation analyses, market benchmarking, compensation planning, executive compensation disclosures, proxy statement development and support, program administration, and other compensation projects. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop expertise in executive compensation while building broad-based compensation knowledge and experience.
