The Human Resources Compliance Analyst conducts specialized audits, analyzes and reports on compliance-related data, and develops reporting and dashboards to support adherence to Company regulatory and operational requirements. This role focuses on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including minor labor regulations, meal and rest break requirements, and fair workweek legislation. The Crew Standards Analyst supports HR and scheduling technology initiatives through configuration validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), policy administration, and government reporting. This position plays a critical role in identifying risk, driving compliance, and protecting the Raising Cane’s brand.…
