This role establishes a foundational data architecture for sourcing, connecting, and maintaining Ford Racing customer knowledge - creating a single source of truth, and synthesizing it into a point of view the business can act on What you'll do... Source, connect and maintain a single source of truth for customer data across all touchpoints (vehicle sales, parts, services, merchandise, experiences, and events) Partner cross-functionally (GDIA, FCSD, Connected Vehicle, Quality, Marketing, Sales, etc) to efficiently operate within enterprise platforms and governance Identify, evaluate and manage third-party data partnerships that extend Ford Racing customer knowledge beyond internal sources (Wealth-X, WealthEngine and equivalents) Frame customer-related questions from internal teams, screen…
