The Growth Finance team partners with Robinhood’s Growth and Marketing organizations to guide investment decisions and help drive efficient, sustainable customer and asset growth. We provide financial and strategic insights across customer acquisition, marketing, promotions, and product-led growth initiatives, with a focus on growing Net Funded Accounts, Net Deposits, and Gold subscribers. As a Finance & Strategy Senior Analyst, Growth & Marketing, you will be a key Finance partner to the Growth and Marketing organizations, combining financial modeling, analytics, and business judgment to inform investment decisions. You will independently own high-impact analyses and leadership reporting, while helping modernize and scale Finance processes through automation and AI.…
