As a Class of 2027 Analyst you will work alongside senior bankers on a variety of transactions—including M&A, equity and debt financings, SPACs, and PIPEs—while gaining deep exposure to the consumer and retail sectors and the firm’s innovative technology platform. Develop and maintain detailed financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. Prepare client‑facing pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials. Conduct industry, market, and competitive research specific to consumer and retail companies.…
