A Facility Security Coordinator (FSC) at a Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) oversees daily cargo security operations and ensures total compliance with Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations. Core Responsibilities: • Regulatory Compliance: Act as the primary facility-level point of contact for the TSA, ensuring adherence to standard security programs, local operating plans, and manual of operating procedures (MOP). • Training Management: Verify that all cargo screeners and supervisors complete mandatory initial and recurring TSA training on time, maintaining accurate training records for audits. • Audit and Inspection Oversight: Conduct routine, unannounced internal audits of Designated Screening Areas (DSAs) and coordinate external/monthly compliance inspections.…
