The Sr Analyst, HR People Analytics partners with HR stakeholders to optimize processes, leverage technology, and drive data informed decision making. This role manages projects, supports system enhancements and upgrades, ensures data integrity, conducts testing and reporting, and identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation. Serving as a technical resource for assigned functional areas, the Sr Analyst analyzes workflows, recommends efficiencies, and leads projects from planning through implementation. Manages projects and process improvement, including applying change management experience to facilitate movement to new levels of quality. Utilizes interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to accomplish project goals.…
