The Workforce Planning Analyst is responsible for the preparation of departmental work schedules, which include but are not limited to Gaming, Food & Beverage and Hotel. The Workforce Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring staffing levels are both adequate and economical while providing excellent guest service. Team Player: Demonstrated by a willingness to work with the team to achieve common goals. Achieves Results: Proactive self-starter who get things done, usually without being told or reminded.
