About The Role: The Business Analyst will partner with Business Units to support technology projects that deliver business value and align with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting current and future state processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting solution delivery. Experience working with Salesforce CRM is required, including requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, and supporting system enhancements. Requirements: 1+ years of Business Analyst experience within an IT environment. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience. Experience working with Salesforce CRM. Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.…
