What You’ll Do Developing, implementing, and monitoring behavior support plans, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) Providing direct clinical support within day programs to ensure strategies are practical and effective Partnering with program staff to support consistent implementation of behavior supports Reviewing data, monitoring progress, and making adjustments to improve outcomes Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including families and external partners as needed Supporting staff during complex or escalated behavioral situations Promoting independence, inclusion, and quality of life in community-based settings Ensuring services are aligned with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards What to Expect In This Role This is not a remote position and requires…
