JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology organization. This role blends a traditional Business Analyst position with light Scrum Master responsibilities across our Salesforce ecosystem, built primarily on Sales Cloud and Field Service Lightning. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and integration partners to make sure Salesforce initiatives are clearly defined and delivered without disruption.
