Joining Collibra's Sales Compensation team Collibra is the global leader in data intelligence, helping organizations find, understand, trust, and access data at scale. You'll join the Sales Compensation team, which sits within Finance and works alongside Sales Operations and Total Rewards to design, calculate, and pay commissions for quota-carrying Collibrians across North America and EMEA. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Sales Compensation you will be the hands-on owner of sales comp operations, plan logic in Xactly, monthly close, dispute resolution, and the annual plan cycle.
