Benefits Analyst Wilmington, DE Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm As a Benefits Analyst on the Global Benefits Strategy team within People & Culture, you will play an important role in the administration, analysis, and ongoing improvement of CSC's employee benefits programs, with a primary focus on U.S. benefits. You will support the management of CSC's U.S. benefits programs, including healthcare and retirement benefits, while partnering with brokers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are effectively administered, competitive, and aligned with business and employee needs. A key part of this role will be supporting annual U.S. benefits renewals, analyzing plan and market data, and helping develop recommendations and improvements.…
