Warranty Analyst

About this job

Performs product testing using a variety of methods. Audits products to ensure system compliance with customer requirements/specifications. Uses and understands SPC applications. Issues and maintains activities relating to corrective and/or preventative action. Provides input on causes or reasons for quality problems and recommends process changes if necessary. Assists in and/or leads customer driven root cause analysis processes (i.e. DCAR & 8D). Visually inspects customer part returns and determines disposition on any non-conforming product (i.e. Company or customer origin). Gathers and summarizes data for monthly quality reports. Performs other duties as necessary including providing product launch support to Quality Engineers.…
