The Production CAE Analyst develops and completes process simulation from initiation to completion of injection molded, thermoplastic, automotive components. Generally completes the following duties and responsibilities with the support of senior engineering personnel and/or engineering management. The Production CAE Analyst’s responsibilities within these categories are described as follows: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Support current and future manufacturing programs with filling, packing, cooling and warpage analysis utilizing Autodesk Moldflow software. Consults and collaborates with engineering, tooling and manufacturing personnel in the organization to optimize part design, tool design and processing windows of injection molded parts.…
