Seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented individual to work at a growing U.S. broker-dealer subsidiary of a global financial services group based out of Spain. Job Description Accounting Responsibilities: Create and maintain accounting policies for B/D Maintain system and bank reconciliations Assist with month-end closing process of books and records Assist with monthly finance presentation material to Senior Management and quarterly presentation to the Board of Directors Prepare daily journal entries as needed Assist with the annual audit of the financial statements Analyze monthly variances in balance sheet and income statement Track and analyze revenue and operating expenses by lines of business Participate in user-acceptance testing as part of new business/system roll-outs and…
