The key responsibilities of the role include: Reviews legal and administrative documentsof all new, renewed, and increased loans to ensurethat they support the approved loan structure. Before loan funding is allowed, determines the level of waiver action required when documentation deficiencies are discovered. Using a computer system, monitors all existing documentation deficiencies and the receipt of time-sensitive documentation during the term of all loans. Reviews all trailing documentation to ensure it is properly executed and recorded, if appropriate. Reports the status of documentation deficiencies to account officers and management using the loan documentation unit''s computer system''s report capabilities.…
