HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT As a People Systems Analyst, you will be a key player in optimizing and scaling our Workday ecosystem. You will serve as a functional contributor to our core operations, bringing a strong configuration focus to at least one (or more) of our core operational modules: Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence, while maintaining a solid foundational knowledge of the broader HCM suite. You will partner closely with Cross-Functional teams—including IT, Finance, and People Operations—to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring data integrity and seamless system performance.
