Role overview CarGurus is seeking an experienced Senior Credit & Collections Analyst to join our Credit & Collections team. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can independently manage high-risk and escalated accounts, resolve complex disputes, support reporting and analytical work, and strengthen process execution across a lean, high-performing operation. The right candidate will combine strong collections fundamentals with sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to operate effectively in complex or ambiguous situations. What you'll do Manage high-value and high-risk accounts: Own a portfolio of strategic, sensitive, or otherwise complex customer accounts, with a focus on timely resolution, cash collection, and strong customer relationships.…
