THE ROLE Every customer payment has to land in the right place, on the right account, without slowing down the close. As our Senior Cash App Analyst, you'll be the subject matter expert who makes that happen — researching remittances, resolving exceptions, and reconciling activity across multiple entities, currencies, and payment channels. You'll work closely with Accounts Receivable, Collections, Treasury, Accounting, Revenue, Tax, Customer Success, and Sales, and your accuracy directly shapes how clean the books are at month-end and how confident the team is in the numbers come audit time.
