The Director of Operations Support & Assets serves as the executive authority for network-wide physical asset management, inventory controls, and campus operational readiness. Accountable for driving the network-wide 'I have the supplies and materials to do my job' (Q12) employee engagement metric, this role acts as the strategic architect of the overall staff experience, designing operational systems that eliminate friction and enable school and central office teams to focus on instructional excellence.
