Must live a commutable distance to the laboratory. Hours are Part time- 1st shift flexible hours- 20 hour a week. Compensation is $15/16 an hour (Depends on Experience) The Laboratory Support Specialist performs non-technical laboratory support activities that enable chemists and analysts to maximize productivity and maintain efficient sample throughput. This position is responsible for sample movement, labeling, glassware management, waste disposal, laboratory organization, and general housekeeping functions while adhering to all quality and safety requirements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Sample and Workflow Support Retrieve samples from designated storage areas for laboratory personnel.
