The Director, Security, Americas is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security strategy, policy, crisis management, and security operations across the Americas region. This role provides strategic direction and oversight for security support to LATAM, North America and Caribbean operations, manufacturing sites, and commercial affiliates. The role also leads financial planning, staffing strategy, contractor oversight, and process effectiveness for regional security initiatives. The Director partners closely with business leaders and functional stakeholders to drive process effectiveness, strengthen resilience, and ensure security risks are identified, assessed, and appropriately managed.…
