We are seeking an Operations Support in Denver, CO! Weekends required. Sundays and Mondays off. Rotating shifts. Must be available for the following shifts: 9am-6pm 5am-1:30pm 11am-7:30pm Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required Excel experience is required. JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Associate/Support is responsible for controlling freight forwarding shipments into and out of the station across various modes of transportation based on customer requests. The primary focus is providing a high-level operations excellence and a quality customer service experience to all customers while maintaining station KPI’s.
