About this job

The Deskside Support Specialist provides first- and second-level support for end-user hardware, software, printers, network connectivity, and related IT services. This position is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and repairing desktop and laptop systems while supporting associates directly at their workstations and on the manufacturing floor. The role requires frequent interaction with production personnel, engineers, administrative staff, and leadership to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Complex infrastructure issues involving servers, enterprise networking, or centralized systems are escalated to appropriate IT support teams while maintaining ownership of communication and follow-up.…
