What You'll Do Serve as a subject matter expert on Spotify’s ads and monetization policies and enforcement workflows, helping our global operations teams make consistent, objective decisions. Support vendor and operations teams with enforcement guidance, training, quality initiatives, and change management. Partner across teams to improve operational efficiency and quality through process improvements, tooling enhancements, and solutions that address the root causes of complex cases. Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, monitor trends, and inform operational strategies. Monitor, triage, and resolve high-profile or time-sensitive escalations, communicating clearly with partners including Sales, advertisers, and cross-functional teams.…
