Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Drive is seeking hiring a Chef to lead the property's culinary operations! In this role, you will be overseeing all day-to-day operations of the culinary and stewarding operations. You will be reporting directly to the Hotel Manager and oversee a team of 10 team members. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of senior culinary leadership experience, ideally overseeing outlet operations within a banquet-focused hotel environment. We are seeking a hands-on leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to develop high-performing teams while fostering a positive workplace culture.
