In this role, you will be overseeing all day-to-day operations of the culinary and stewarding operations. You will be reporting directly to the Complex General Manager and oversee a team of 20 team members, including 2 Supervisors. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of senior culinary leadership experience, ideally overseeing multi-outlet operations within a hotel environment.
