As a member of the Foodservice Team it is your responsibility to be a good team member and take initiative to assist others as need to insure we provide excellent guest service. Set up sanitizing and cleaning bucket, wipe down work space; prepare steam table diagram, pull out yesterday’s cart and decide what can be done with leftovers. Start with preparing the soup, next begin to prepare whatever item takes the longest to cook, then continue with the remaining foods. Store in cooler until ready to cook for service.…
