DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Completes assigned processes or programs accurately and on time by applying established guidelines and procedures to client service delivery and digital product support activities. 2. Supports small to mid-sized clients, accounts, or processes while meeting defined service expectations. 3. Analyzes information and evaluates solutions to resolve problems affecting servicing, implementation, or support activities. 4. Monitors timelines and communicates updates to support timely delivery of client service work. 5.
