The Claims Consultant serves as the primary claims advisor for clients by providing strategic claims consulting, insurance coverage analysis, and claims advocacy across a broad spectrum of commercial insurance products. The Claims Consultant independently manages a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance claims, develops claim strategies, interprets insurance policies, advocates on behalf of clients, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional claim outcomes. The Claims Consultant also supports junior team members while continuing to expand technical expertise and client relationships.
