Key Responsibilities and Duties Provides franchisees with professional guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing strategy, financial reporting, and operations to achieve their growth objectives. Conducts regular evaluations and analysis to assess center and franchisee performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Trains and coaches franchisees in using financial benchmarks, TUPSS resources, and tools to analyze and optimize business performance. Acts as the main point of contact between TUPSS Solution + Support Campus, UPS, vendors, area franchisees, and franchisees, addressing concerns and questions and ensuring timely support and follow-up. Identifies and addresses operational and financial issues impacting franchisee success.…
