Compensation Consultant Location: Palo Alto, CA | Reports to: Director of Global Compensation Core Responsibilities Organizational Consulting: Serve as the primary compensation partner for assigned business units, guiding decisions on offers, job adjustments, retention strategies, and policy updates. Executive Compensation: Lead end-to-end benchmarking, scoping, total rewards recommendations, and annual VP comp review process including custom templates, communication, presentation prep and modeling for CEO review, input, and approval. Analytics & Program Health: Conduct routine compensation health audits, ESPP program modeling/analysis, additional equity program reviews (as backup), cross-functional analyses,and annual performance cycle roll-ups.…
