Territory Coverage: Primarily in Macon, Columbus, and Savannah, GA. This role involves HEAVY TRAVEL - Field position with 3/4 days on road & Mondays in office. Key Responsibilities and Duties Provides franchisees with professional guidance on marketing, sales growth, pricing strategy, financial reporting, and operations to achieve their growth objectives. Conducts regular evaluations and analysis to assess center and franchisee performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Trains and coaches franchisees in using financial benchmarks, TUPSS resources, and tools to analyze and optimize business performance.
