As our products continue to evolve and our customer base grows, we are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant who can lead the technical implementation of our Bloomreach Marketing and Search platforms ensuring customer success and delivering value from day one. This role combines the jobs of a technical engineering lead and a consultant. Our Technical Consultants work with both internal and customer teams to guide the technical integrations process, assist with technical problem solving, help manage and prioritize technical issues, assess business risks, and consult on best practices. A strong customer orientation, exceptional collaboration skills, and a solid technical background are key elements for success in this role.…
