KCCI TV, the CBS affiliate in Des Moines, IA, has an opening for an experienced Administrative Assistant to serve as the assistant to the General Manager and assist other departments. You will provide support by performing multiple tasks that contribute to the daily operations of the department. You will manage appointments, screen calls, and handle electronic and written correspondence. You will report to the Manager. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager and the station management team with several responsibilities. Facilitate connections and communication between the General Manager and groups and organizations. Answer incoming calls, greet guests, and take messages. Maintain and order supplies.
