About the Role iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President to join the Advisor Platform Product team. This individual will play a critical role in strengthening platform resilience and shaping risk-informed decisions that influence product strategy and execution. This role will learn the platform deeply, manage incidents end-to-end, and ensure risk insights translate into practical improvements. The ideal candidate will partner closely with the Product and Engineering teams, spot patterns, and help turn recurring issues into systemic fixes that influence roadmap priorities.
