About the Role iCapital is looking to hire a Data, Technology and IP Attorney to join the Legal team with a focus on contracts and commercial matters. The ideal candidate can work across all functions, help manage external contractual relationships, and supervise outside counsel. You’ll work closely with a variety of teams, including Sales, Partnerships, Technology, Product and Regulatory Compliance. This is a role for an intellectually curious quick-thinker, capable of assessing nuanced risks in the context of business objectives and providing easily understood, actionable advice. This role will work closely with both our Head of Legal for Data, Technology and IP and other attorneys within our Legal and Regulatory Compliance groups.…
