Private Equity is a rapidly growing group within Neuberger with over $90 billion of investor commitments across our private equity fund of funds, secondary investments, co-investment and direct investment areas, including private credit. NB Private Credit lends money to Private Equity sponsored companies across the capital structure. Due to the complex nature of the funds that make up NB Private Credit, the accounting, valuation and operations functions are critical control functions with respect to the business.
