Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs for guests. Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Prepare daily reports summarizing occupancy, revenue, and other key metrics. Knowledge of OnQ /PEP is preferred Able to reconcile POS and banquet reporting to create a managers report Assist guests with requests related to their stay, including room changes or special accommodations. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.…
